Origination Orders i got only 60 not 80

In Patch note you say everybody get 80 Origination Orders. So why my character with genie who has 119points got ONLY 60 original orders. With these BIG changes i can now chang only HALF of my points. Can you explain it?

    It seems to be if you below lv 80 you get 60 Origination order. Above get 80 Origination Order.

    I'm usually not one to complain.. but here goes. I just spent (last week) 3 levels worth of spirit and some xp to boot leveling my genie up to my level and getting the perfect skills for me. Wow what a timing disaster, if I'd known I would have waited until level 85 (rebirth gamma max lvl). Sigh..

    Ok complain mode off.. Sometimes a good venting is all I need.

    Actully it seems the orders numbers vary IF YOU EVEN GET THE QUEST!

    I got 20, 40, 60, and no quest but can't tell how or why. Thought it wwas level but my lvl 50ish got 40 and my lvl 24 got 20.

    my 54 barb only got 40. Kinda pissed. If they say you will get 1 stone of refreshment and 80 Origination Orders, you should get exactly that.
