Stuck unpacking

I was unpacking some phoenix feather packs, and 1 got stuck. It isnt giving me the items and now I cant unpack the next one. It's also still in my quest list. I read there was a solution to this but now I cant find it anymore >.< please help?

    Typically you can trash it from your quest list. You'll probably lose the pack, though.

    Just relog and the quest should fix itself.

    you may have to take some stuff and offload it into the bank if your inventory only has 1 or 0 spots open. Common sense says it should stack, but I've had the problem you described when opening lucky packs. The stuff didnt appear until I put stuff into the bank.
