sep. 15,2008 bday mount

hello, i registered on sep. 15,2008 but i dont have any free mount or anything. am i eligible to have one? if iam, can i transfer it to my new acc?

    You should have on one your old account, but the GMs have stated that they will not transfer the mounts between accounts.

    If this is not the character that you want to use the mount with, please submit a ticket and we will be happy to pass it to whichever character you like. <~~ Unless they restated recently they said that in the official announcement that day that they would transfer the mount if the player wanted.
    That's strange though. You should have gotten one. D:

    They [automatically] give the mount to the (Highest?) character on the account. They will switch mounts to a different character on the same account, but they will not switch mounts between accounts.
