This is Perfect World system requirements right ?
Minimum Requirement Suggested Requirement
Operating System Windows 2000/XP Windows 2000/XP
CPU 1.5Ghz CPU Pent. 4 equivalent or greater
RAM 512MB or more of RAM 1GB+
...
Graphic Display For multi-core CPUs, you may need to adjust the Affinity to run the game on one CPU. Graphics card or chipset must support Pixel and Vertex Shaders 1.4 or later (hardware acceleration recommended), have 64MB of RAM 64MB or higher recommended (Direct X 9.0c or later)
My PC specs :
Intel Celeron 2.4 GHz;
1.25 GB of RAM;
Nvidia Geforce 6200 128 MB.
The problem is that I'm getting a very bad performance on my PC while playing this game.
Lowest setting - 20-25 FPS;
Medium settings - ~15 FPS;
Highest settings - ~10 FPS.
When I'm in town and there's full of other players the game gets even more laggy b:angry.
My PC meets recommended system requirements and I could play it on highest graphics for good, but it doesn't look like. I think that the requirements is not correct.
NO, I'm not running any useless software while playing this game, my PC is clean, no viruses, no junk...
ANY SUGGESTIONS ? b:sad

get rid of ALL bloatware (yea the stuff which loads along with your windows)
update motherboard chipset (check your motherboard manual for manufacturer/model) and video driver.
if it doesn't make the game playable go buy a better processor.
if it's hard to you consider calling a technician to some some "tweaking"I'm King_Solomon, from Heaven's Tear server.

Damn I can't edit my message.
It's me I changed avatar and my nickname changed too.
So I guess performance is low because servers are in USA. Maybe it would be better for me to play on Europeanian servers (http://www.perfectworld.ms), because I live in Euorope. My internet speed is super slow so it will take a long time to download another client so won't that be a waste of time ? I've played some other MMO's in EU servers before and performance was way better than playing this game in US server.0 -
More memory, your windows uses up a lot of that 1 gig, add another gig at least.0

server loaction dont have anything to do with FPS0

Requirements mean the basics needed to "play" the game at lower settings. Not being able to pull 100+ fps on maximum settings. There is no way in hell you'll be able to pull off the 60+ fps mark with those pc specs.
Suggestions:
1.) get a better PC
2.) play on lower settings
3.) Play on max settings while getting 10 fpsI was early taught to work as well as play,

Isn't the 6200 a TurboCache card? meaning you actually have 16 or 32m of graphics memory and the rest is "borrowed" from your ram.

That card is probably your problem.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Ah k. I never understood the point of the 5 & 6 series. I kept my 4 Titanium until the 7800's came out. More features are nice, but what good are they if you have to turn everything off to get the game to run smooth?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Exactly, but the other thing I noticed is that I get poor performance only in online games. Perfect World graphics aren't that good to take so much of my PC performance usage. I get a waaaayy better performance in Single player games whose graphics are 3 times better, so I think maybe the real reason why I get a very bad performance is because of my slow internet connection ? What internet speed is required to play PW ?0

Well, in single player games you don't have a ton of players with customized faces and customized gear/clothing.. mounts.. etc. It creates a lot more work than the more cookie-cutter single player games. Lag to the server should not decrease FPS since that part is running locally, it's the tons of people running around that cause the dip. I go from 70 out flying on WQ down to 15 if I'm in West Arch for example.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

As others have said your Geforce 6200 is an aged very low end card. Actually recommended specs does NOT mean that you can play the game with high FPS on max settings. It means that you can play the game on medium settings with a medium resolution like 1280x1024. Playable usually means 25-30 frames.
Minimum requirements means that the game will run at all.
Having said that here's a suggestion: What setting is your water on? Turn it all the way down. The water is bugged.
I'm playing this game on 1920x1200 with a way better rig, and while I can max out everything else and still have 50+ Frames (outside of the big cities) if I turn up water detail the FPS drop to around 15-20.0 -
