Point of HH/TT instances is to lose money?

Discuss as of current update.

A) HH/TT 90 green mats dropping as usual because of excess supply from farming
B) Mat prices rising in response to inflation
C) Expensive charms
D) Gold mats increased in supply due to chips

The only real way to make money is to multiclient and do hh runs with 2 people running 3 clients each..

P.S. choices A and B are one way or the other. I'm guessing those are the possibilities that could happen as of update. Already quit Pw, not logging in to check, but forum is just too fun

    The point is to cry on forums about it.

    Duh.
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

    mats prices went up in sanctuary so its not a problem here, im still making alot of profit off of TT.

    well, I paid 1m for a charm.

    the mats for my weapons cost 700k each. I need 16.

    this was one of the many reasons i will cap this toon at 89, after my fb and make a new one.

    the economy has gone wild.

    completely agree but thats why i farm my own mats for gear.

    why do you need 6 clients? .. Squad mode requires 4 characters to open it.. so 2 people with 2 computers each. Thats 4 clients in all or am I missing something?

    o wait now i see.. 6 clients, two people... opening up 2 squad modes at once. Thats alot of BS to do.. he must be affiliated with gamelee or sumtin.

    The point of the whole game is that PWI makes money. Every single aspect of the game is carefully designed and fine tuned for this very purpose, and thats ok, theres nothing wrong with that.
    The problems start to show when PWI gets too greedy and goes overboard with money sinks.
    Its the typical ostrich race situation: hold the carrot too close and the ostrich will eat it and stop running because theres nothing left to run for.
    Hold the carrot too far and the ostrich will stop running because it realises it cant reach the carrot anyway....
    It looks like PWI is starting to hold the carrot too far?
    Just a thought.

    Actually since event started hh green mats have gone up in price a lot.
    I farmed about 90 mil since event started, ppl are paying 1 mil each for several types of regular hh green b:shocked

    Its prolly cuz ppl can get chips from event to get the gold mats - but than the cs-ers cant get the greens for GX or behe ring or w/e with chips. Maybe ppl stopped farming TT to, i have no clue but its very rewarding atm.

    And with those event pots you can change from tokens, you dont need any mp charms on the clerics. TT is awesome right now if you wanna make money. But you obviously cant go with a 6 ppl party if you wanna make profits.

    WTH? Are you pro-nub?

    A squad of 4 can easily do 2-2 and 2-3 and easily make 500k ea per run, on a crappy run. With Dust of Stars, Forshura's Arm, Astral Stone and Antenna fetching 500k plus, how can you LOSE money on a run? Even a bad one will get a party 400k+ each.

    3-1 is hit or miss, but if you want to make money on 3-1 runs, you need to do 2 or 3 in a row. Giant Beast Armor is topping out at 900-1m.

    And if gold drops, then even more $$$. If you can't make coin in HH you seriously fail.
