deleted character's

i got on after downloading the new patch and my chars on 2 diff accounts were deleted just gone, can someone tell me what happened

  Have you made sure you logged into the correct server?

  Double check the servers, sometimes when you patch, the server list order is switched around and you must select the one you play on again from the list.

  Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
