Hello,

I have been trying since 1 pm GMT +10. Its now 10:25 pm and i have still not been contacted. Could A Gm please contact me either in game or here. I have a question related to an incident on HeavanTear Server Today. Involving three accounts being suspend for 1 week.

    You must send a ticket to get a response about this. Asking for a GM in the game will not work, they do not respond and during the timeframe you have been doing it no gms are even there.

    Well the gm managed to ban us up to 1 hour before the time frame started. So they couldnt have gone far. If this wish to operate and support and global online game they need to support all markets. We should not be force to wait 3 - 5 days for a response. As this effect two factions TW this weekend.

    It's called the GMs getting off of work and going home. No matter how much you ask, they'll only tell you to submit a ticket anyway.

    This post will stay up until i do get an answer not phased what happens. There should be some after hour support. To me thats like ow we will ban them then go home for the day. Who cares that we are affecting Paying Customers. Yes most fridays our time we buy our gold also.

    This is unjust and before accusing a faction of being a FAKE TW BIDDER. Maybe they should notice that we tw every week and our tw refund has gone up by over 100% ever week. And accusing us in WC. Not naming faction names, of being an alt faction is BS.

    And we are under the infulnce this WC was what has caused the ban.

    true and mostly it doesnt help at all..its just 1 week if its cause of "fake" bidding so it wont hurt much :)

    Um it means our faction goes leaderless for 1 week seeming they banned me and the leader of the faction. This also stop us from bidding in next weeks TW. Which there for will affect the factions membership. As the faction was built around Offering TW to our players.

    There needs to be justification to there actions. They didnt even send me an ban email they only sent one to the leader of the faction.

    I'm not going to say anything about the validity or non-validity of the reason behind it because I have no idea and it's none of my business. However, I will respond to this.

    I work security for an ISP, if someone is hosting a childporn or bank phishing site, sending out tons of spam/viruses, etc you better believe we shut them off even if it's right before we go home for the day or the weekend, no matter how much they pay us.

    I myself have also worked in the domain name industry and have been forced to make these choice to shut off ppl. First you must have proof of why u are terminating the user, and also should notify the person of this happening. Its seems to me that the emails were sent to everyone other then my account.

    I would just like to see the proof of how we are faking bidding. If this is so shouldnt we have been stopped 5 weeks agos???

    Well it could be (this is not me saying i think this is what u guys r doing just what they might be thinking) that ppl have seen u bid week after week and "messing up" the TW times and ppl had enough and reported u. Like i said could just be their thinking b:surrender

    Um if we were messing it up which i cant c we have been. We have outlast a large amout of the other factions IE sonic. They have been bidding as long as us. Actual we have been around longer then them. Maybe its becoz we actual put up a fight and last longer then 5 mins. Yeah we last like 25 mins last week and were on the offensive for atleast 10 of them. Maybe the other low lvl faction that are bidding should of been banned to. And if it was becoz we are messing up the times why ban the leader of caesar also :S.

    how could we "messing up" the tw times?? just because we may arguably have no shot at winning does that mean we should be disciplined for wanting to have fun on this game? just because we are an "annoyance" to the larger factions do we not deserve a tw time slot??

    Caesar has been getting attacked by Enrage and Rad every week for the past few now with u always bidding on them and then most times another faction bidding on them it seperates Rad and Enrage fights and that can be seen as fake bidding.


    And the leader of caesar would be banned because that bid would only benefit Caesar in the grand idea of things.

    Also those other factions dont only bid on Caesar. So from an outside view u continue to bid on Caesar because u get a nice practice TW and Caesars 2 main enemies get split up


    Again im not saying u guys did this just a reason why the bans may have been brough down.

    Thank you for your input. But we dont only fight Caesar we have also taken on enrage.

    If u note we cant affect the tw as we are always the first ppl to bid each week i make sure of this. I sit on waiting to make our bid before any other faction makes a choice. This means they are actual choosing to use us for there benefits. And seeming we are being accused of being a caesar alt faction are we not ultiamantly weaking caesar chance by making them have extra battles each weeks.

    Yes for some unknown reason we got a good time slot this WEEK GO US. But why should any faction that choose to tw be banned as a fake bidder.

    If you dont want all factions bidding on tw increase what your min refund needs to be or the required level to enter the battle field.

    There is nothing that says TW is and end game only option. If this was so then u should force factions to pay to be able to TW as in Lvl 1/TW faction which cost ie 500k or a mil. TO make sure ppl with no money are able to get in.

    thats all we are saying we just want proof of why we have been banned.

    as we have heard there was a Mass QQ about us being an alt faction then we got banned. If ppl listen to world chat speculation maybe just contact the faction leaders. And ask them..

    yeah i know ur only giving a point of view. we have fought enraged b4 and they start QQ'ing about how we wasted there charms. im my opinion that is very bad sportsmen ship. just because we decide to go after ceaser lately dosent mean we have any alterior motives. i myself had no idea we could effect tw time slots, and now even though having that understanding i dont belive we deserve to be punished for speculation with out any sort of proof or evidence that we had dishonnorable intentions. i am getting the feeling that the message the gm's are implying would be "get out of the way so our large paying factions can have their fun" but that is only a thought on my behalf im sure that is not the intentions of PWE b:victory

    I would agree you deserve to be able to see whatever evidence was used to ban. Munge the account names to protect the complainant but the research should be clear.

    The only point im trying to make is that tw is an unrestricted event. Anybody is allowed to complete. Yes a faction full of lvl 1 wonts put up much of a fight. But they will have as much fun in there as anyone else. These bigger factions takes "TW seriously" and we dont intented to get in there way. Heatwave has a plan for the future, which has been shown with our incredible growth factor. If people would note that our faction has had growth rates of 100%, and this week alone 350% on the tw refund fee.

    We are an active faction trying to make something of ourselves. We know our lvl 40s dont put up much of a fight, but they help us reach the goal of 80 ppl online for TW. And those lvl 40s quick become 50s and 60s. Our faction is made up of loyal people that have now been effected by this.

    All we really want is a gm to acknowledge our request and get back to us. I have been online now for over 12 hours trying to get something. We just want to understand this.

    Rule K that they have given does not apply anywhere here. And also the other rule who has gained an unfair advantage out of this. We all pay the same amout of coins, for the same enjoyment. Maybe they should just talk to our members that tw, they will tell you how much they love it. We will actual have loyal members when we do become strong, that wont jump ship the second we lose.

    Sorry its a bit of a rant, i think blue is more down to earth on this. His accounts still active :D.
