Client opening window text does not appear!

Hi Perfect World International,

I know its on Patch or Maintence time at the moment but usually when I open client window the text appears, the Option Text dosen't appear for example "Start" what can I do? I would like to avoide re-installing the game, Please try helping me on this question.
