Player owned housing, if implemented well, would be a GREAT idea. That's one of those things that I've been looking for in an MMORPG. One browser based MMO (which would be against the rules to name) did it almost right - too bad the game is terrible. =/

So, what does everyone else think? One of the main reasons MMORPGs were created was to have a community, and this seems like it would be a huge boost to the community.
