free slot in pet bag?? o.o

Hi,

I have veno on Harshlands server. After I did her and I wanted to hatch my first there pet, I saw that i have 2 free slots in pet bag, but should be one. I didn't buy cage or hay, when I want to excend(propably wrong named -.-') my pet bag, NPC says me that I need to bring her 20 hays.. I don't want be banned, so I don't use this free slot.

PS: How long is taking transferring PWI Anniversary Mount to another charr on same server? I sended ticket about this and nothing was did.
My chars: 97 barb, 87 cleric, 91 veno, 80 archer, 74 Blademaster, 34 Psychic, 30 Assasin, 20 Wizard, 44 Seeker, 20 Mistyc.

    All of my werefoxes/venomancers have always gotten a 2nd pet slot upon taking the "tame a pet" quest. Everyone gets one for a mount, venos get two because of pets.

    All Venomancers get 2 pet bag slots regardless. Then you can get a cage to boost slots or do the quests. First quest gives 1 extra slot the second quest following the first gives 4 slots I believe.

    No glitch with pet bags.

    start (as of being able to tame) 2 slots
    quest for hay : 3 slots
    quest for fruit: 4 slots (currently on this one)

    5 slots- 100 fungus ... so I just buyed cage b:surrender


    When I started game I haven't this free slot, so that is why I didn't know it b:surrender
