WTH!!i cant CHARG ZEN NOW!!!!!

heres the story..where im from we dont have prepaid cards n the only way 2 charge zen is buy using a credit card...now that i finally got a credit card i cant use it on PWI.i cant charge zen me nor my friends..reason is that none of they ways i usually use with credit card work any more, and these are PayPal, Google checkout, now when ever i open the zen charging site i find the prepaid opptions only..WTH..am so pissed...GMs am an unsatisfied costumerb:angry b:angry b:angry find a solution

    Moved this to the correct section, try to be sure to post in the right one to make sure you get a response. What you describe does seem a bit odd, I would suggest sending in a ticket specifically regarding a billing issue so our staff can assist you further.

    What do you mean when you say PayPal and Google don't work? Any information that you can provide (here or in your ticket) will help us to find a resolution for what you are experiencing.

    Please be aware of the tone of your posts if you can, although I do not mind reading angry posts we do not wish to subject our staff to such things b:thanks

    You are on the wrong page lol. Up at the top of that page is says charge and under that you select recharge zen. It's as simple as that

    am so very much extremely deeply sorry for my unsatisfied costumer post, but u see, i already posted a ticket a day ago, but i have no reply yet...ill try 2 explaine here and in a new ticket too, to make sure of the answer.

    usually to choose payment method one should choose the amount of cash he/she want to charge, but the amount of charging in the billing site is only available for the prepaid cards only...i am sure it wasnt like this a month ago, but iit is now, meaning..if i want to use paypal i can't choose it..bcoz i can't mark the amount of cash i need 2add, bcoz its nt there..so when i pres submet it says..plz choose ur billing method n thats it, plz help b:angryb:kiss

    I'm kinda confused about what you mean but are you saying that there's no option for PayPal/google checkout/credit cards? Take a screenshot and post it up here so that we can see what the problem is.

    Also, chill. You've waited 79 levels so I'm sure a few more days waiting to get this sorted out won't kill you.
