No Bank Expanson Quest...At ALL.

Well, i never actually started looking for the bank quest until around lvl 10 (im now level 39 as i write this)....did I miss it?? I've been to every bank i have seen, yes, including the one in my hometown, Plume City. All they have for me in quests are the million bank note thing. :(
if this is glitched somehow, wll i be compensated for?
i'm im great need of space and i would greatly appreciate your help.
ps. I already bought super inventory stone

    The Super Inventory Stone, as it says on the stone, maximizes the space that you can have. So, if you've used a Super Inventory Stone, you cannot have any more space.

    super inventory = bag.
    super safe stone = bank.
    ...
    pls help
    and i still didnt have the quests before i got the stone.

    I think i received the initial quest at hidden orchid, maybe go see the banker there?

    Theres a banker in hidden orchid? I thought it was just a town for quests?

    its at 1k now thats where you get the quests

    still no quests at all, ive been to every banker, and i know for a fact that i have never trashed it, nor got it.
    Can a GM help me ingame? or at least compensate some how?

    Compensation is a word that is thrown around far too often. b:laugh

    If you send in a ticket about this our GMs will be more than happy to assist you with this issue, but I'm pretty sure compensation doesn't apply here

    If you have a bank extension stone quest or any banker quests at all(10mil note), trash it.
    I took a bank extension stone quest and the bankers worry quest disappeared. I trashed the bank extension stone quest and the bankers worry quest reappeared.
