Buy Perf. Iron Hammer or Save to get TT60 Axes?

    guess that depends on what you are opening b:chuckle 5 mill chest of coins this could work, than you can get both b:pleased 1 mil isn't really worth it at all since hammers are now over a mil themselves. Supply chest might be worth looking up if there is anything in there you want need worth 1 mil *cough* good luck *cough* But i'm thinking 5mil chest of coins ftw b:laugh

    Well its depends if ya wanna fork over 800k-1m for a hammer that gonna last ya for 10 lvls.
    Remember you CANT sell the supply box weapon back to make up for some of the money you spent on it, but if ya wait till ya get the TT axes they also last ya for a good 10 lvls but you CAN sell those back to make up for some of the money you spent... it all depends on you.

    Do you even know what ur talkin bout?

    Yes get a perfect hammer to open ur supply stash. The hammers u get are very nice. From 50-60 u shud easily be able to make enough money again for TT60 axes. Also you have to get a hammer anyway if u want stuff from supply stash 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75

    If you dont care about the other things then wait for 60. I waited to 72 to get weapon. Now I feel I should have waited to 80. Never opened my supply stash at 50.

    I depends on what your personal cap is, and how fast you level. If you level slow you might spend months with those hammers. However with bounty hunter and crazy stone I dont think you might spend more than 2-3 weeks. I would skip my daylies once in a while and I never used Esos, so it took me a while, but even then it was too fast to justify the 600k they hammers were back then.

    isnt there some Lv41 legendary weapon that you can use? with +X refinement and sockets? That you can resell for the same or more in the future. Then TT60?

    TT60 was not too worth it for me. I went on tears of Zhen parties. I didnt even get to use my weapon much so I did not get one. I juat got called alot for those, those levels went by too fast. I feel I missed out.

    Well, im feeling the axes win.
    The hammers, being nice, are not worth the 850k-1m coins for the hammer.

    They're worth it for a couple reasons. 1 you get 5% hp returned on procs. 2 TT60 sucks no proc just meh atk.(ur a tank who cares) 3 you get an emerald hp charm at 55 emerald and at 75 you get both HP and MP again, so you get the hammers for tanking til TT70 most likely, 2 personal gold Hp charms, a personal gold MP charm, and a few random junk like do all cards n mysterious chips.

    I would say that you should get the hammer.

    Reason 1. You can use those very good hammers from lvl 50-59.

    Reason 2. You can just farm the mats for hh60 mats by doing hh runs and get the hh60 axes for free. maybe you get them at lvl 62 but they still last 8 more lvls.

    Reason 3. Some factions will make your hh60 weapon for you. I know mine does.

    Reason 4. You have to have hh60 axes in order to make hh70 axes. So unless you want to continualously buy weps in order to make other weps you can just get the hh60, decompose and make hh70, and so on. (one of the mats required to make hh70 mats are what you get for decomposing hh60 axes).

    Reason 5. If you were to use the hammers to lvl 70 then get hh axes then you would have to either straight up buy hh70 axes, meaning you have now paid for hammer and hh70 axes, buy hh60 axes to decompose and make hh70 axes, or make them both to make the others. If your going to do this why wait till lvl 70 to make the 60 axes. if you're going to want hh70 axes, you might as well make the hh60 for free, then decompose them and make hh70 for free. That way you get to use the hh60 axes between lvl 60-69. More bang, no buck.

    Just some things to think about

    These "updates" are seeming more and more like downgrades.

    I had my axes made in 60s for TT60. I just found them nowhere near worth it. The stat bonus is a wimpy +56 phys atk...really come on. I'd much rather proc a 5%hp back every few hits instead. Now I have TT70 Heraldry for tanking made from my decomposed TT60. I have calams for soloing.

    lvl 50 hammers=Physical attack 450-675, Physical Attack +29, Regeneration: Has a chance to recover 5% HP, and attack lvl+1

    skeleton axes(TT60)=Physical attack 399-930, Physical Attack +56


    ...yea I'd rather have those lvl 50s personally, not as high topend damage, but the regen and low end damage are better espec with atk lvl

    well.. the only reason I can see at this point to make opening the stash box worth while is the 20 Mysterious Chips you get from the level 70 stash box, and then you (apparently though Im not there yet on my veno) get some more in the level 75 Stash Box. You can trade these in towards molds at the mysterious merchant in Thousand Screams. But it will take more than 20 to get that mold, so you'll likely be better of stashing some coin away every day you play in order to save up for that boutique hammer, so that when you hit 75 you'll have close to (if not enough) chips to get a mold. Or... just sell the chips to recoup some of that coin spent on buying the hammer from all the greedy gold sellers.
