i cant connect to any server

i used to play this game normally i don't know what happened but know when i get in the game and i want to sign in to my account the servers are like offline to me can please some on help i tried reinstalling the game but it didnt work, her is a picture so you know what i mean 220090909115535.png
please tell me what to do

    i am not band and if i was band i still should get a connection from the servers but the servers they look like offline for me

    open a command prompt and "ping pwi.perfectworld.com" if you get "timed out" there's a definate problem with your connection to the servers.

    edit: wait I take that back..

    I had the same problem. I waited 2 hours, assuming there was another unannounced maintenance run. I was right. There's a new patch to 184 from 182. Download the patch, run it and you're all set.

    try varifying the files on the launcher.
    and always check the website for the newest patch number.

    was this a problem that u just face or have u not logged on for a while? u may have changed ur firewall settings during the period that u didnt log on. try checking ur firewall settings.
