Fox Form skill problem... :/

I know this is frequently asked...
But I tried everything and nothing worked...

Okay so I'm a new venomancer, level 10.
I didn't know I was suppose to get the Fox Form skill at level 9 (because I didn't get any message when I turned level 9),
and now when I talk to Pet Skill Trainers, they don't have any quests for me.
When I talk to Venomancer Mei in City of the Lost, and try to buy fox form skill (or any skill) she says "You have not reached the required spiritual cultivation level".
I don't know what to do...
Does that mean I won't be able to get that skill anymore..?

    You need to do your Spiritual Cultivation quest so you can learn new skills. Press 'Q' then select 'Find Quest' and take note of all the quests coordinates.

    To use coordinates assistant, look under the bottom of your your mini map(top right of the screen) and hover over that option, it should say coordinates assistant. Use that to find where the NPC's you have the coords for.

    all you need to do is go to maio the taoist in city of the lost nad get the spirit cultivation quest (or however maoioi is spelled)

    then you wil be given instructions and then ur cultivation will lvl up.
    enabling you to get the fox form.

    I already did Maio's quest... and when I talk to her about different things she says that I don't have enough spirit cultivation!
    And besides.. it says I have more than 3000 spirit cultivation when fox form is like 1000... so whats up with that?..

    are you sure you did the spirit cultivation quest fully? Is your spirit cultivation some different from when you were lvl 1?

    Yes. Currently my spirit is 6371...
    Miao doesn't have anymore quests for me..
    I can't buy any skill but I have enough spirit for it.
    Did I **** up? I really don't want to make another character...

    Okay, spirit points (SP) and your spiritual cultivation are two seperate things. SP can be used to buy skills, spiritual cultivation is what unlocks certain skills for you.

    First, press C and check your character sheet. Next to where it says "Cultivation," does it say "Spiritual Adept" or "Spiritual Initiate" ?

    If it says "Spiritual Adept," then your cultivation is finished, and I would suggest checking how much money your character has or submit a ticket to the GMs here.

    If it says "Spiritual Initiate", check your quest list. Is there a gold colored quest in your list? After talking to the Taoist, you should have been sent to talk to the Lost City Recluse (216 542), who will then tell you to go kill 9 Waspy Ursogs and report back to the Recluse when you're finished. That will be what finishes your cultivation quest.

    1st, make sure u don't have any gold colour quest left, when press 'Q' (shortcut for Quest).
    2nd, make sure you have enough money and spirit point for it.

    I believe tamed skill is base on quest... while Fox form skill, you can get it at level 10, after your culitvation quest is complete...

    ok i have the same problem except that was not a solution to mine. When I went to him it said Quest Completed! He never sent me to the Lost City Recluse and I don't have any quests in gold. When I go to find quests it's not in there either. Help?

    Also it says I am still Spirit Initiate.

    Went to the Lost City Recluse and he had nothing for me; no quests. Nothing.

    Untamed Cultivation is broke atm Read This

    lets hope it's fixed tomorrow or when ever is next maintenance :)

    I also have this issue.

    Read about unlocking the quest at level 9.... but I had no quest available and no pop-up.

    So I waited until I reached level 19... still no pop-up or quest and I've spoken to everyone.. well everyone who could be of any use, but no-one has the quest for me.

    I'm talking about the original quest, not like part 2 or anything.

    I heard that the cultivation quest for level 9 untamed is bugged until they fixed it in the next maintainance, so that's probably the reason. I did not make a low level untamed to check this out though.

    ya i have this same problem. i got the mao taio quest at lvl 9 and it said quest completed but i dont see any other quest and my spirit cultivation is still spirit initiate. i waited til im lvl 14 to see if i get a new quest or if my cultivation lvled up automatically but it didnt =/ i have no idea what to do cuz i cant learn any of my lvl 9 and lvl 10 skills... i had to lvl to 14 with just my first lvl 1 skill still.

    Erm.... I'm guessing it will also fix the 'not getting any cultiv. quest' bug aswell.

    Now I'm level 22.... with one skill.... walking everywhere... and no quest, so my hopes go out to fixing the entire bug not just a part of it lol.
