    Nice color scheme. The anime girl seems a little blurry, and the right side is a bit more weighted down than the left. But all in all a nice siggy!

    Maybe try different typefaces to see if you can balance it out more?

    Thanks! I would like to balance it but not sure if I should just move the girl or add something to the other side. Or maybe closer shot of the girl, but then I would have to cut about half of her I think. Must forgive my n00bishness but what is "typefaces"?

    Typeface = Font

    Sometimes playing with the font style and size can be enough to bring balance to your image. Play around with it, and see what you come up with.

    Maybe you can put the name of the server you play on, or info about your char, like class/faction.

    Remember if you use a larger version of the anime girl, but the original was that size (in your siggy), it will only get blurrier.

    LOL, I should have guessed that meant font. Thanks for the advice. Now I just need a good place to get more fonts. The image was shrunken from the original. Thanks again!

    Oh my gosh... someone knows how to actually use their software!

    I, on the other hand, don't. Look at my siggy. It's small. Why is it that small? It's 500x175. ._.

    Oh wells. Very very good job. Nice and tasteful. And I have no clue where the symbol is from. I'm probably going to smack myself in the head when I find out. I think I've seen it before.

    ^ I'm guessing it's because this forum has a signature size restriction?

    And is it a triple ying yang, meaning: "3 worlds" -- heaven, earth, and living creatures -- and the dynamic interaction among these "worlds""?

    Also, you should of made the focus of the signature more clear. It's kind of hard to know which is the main focus, the render/anime girl or the triple ying yang sign? I'm assuming you've slapped a render on top of a black background C4D, but that's the wrong usage of a C4D, unfortunately. The best quality that this signature holds is the fact that the render fits and looks well in its background. Which quite frequently isn't that great either... It's like the text that flows through a space background like in Star Wars movie intros, your render being the text. Text wasn't executed correctly either. Text in signatures are usually placed there so it looks natural and to fill completely empty areas. However the font you've used was too emphasizing, rather distracting, in my opinion. But text is actually one of the hardest things to do in signatures.

    GIMP is a free image editing program that has similar functionality to Photoshop, though it can be a bit confusing at first to learn.
    If you want to download a copy, go here: www.gimp.org

    Your point is well seen. Thanks! Oh and Thanks Kismet, GIMP seems pretty kool. I'll have to try it out.
