    you get it at lvl79 but you dont need to do that to get tabs its useless quest i finished it at lvl86 or so =)

    Oh okay thanks. My friend offered to help me with it and said you get it at lvl 77, so I was confused when I saw I didn't have it. I'm glad I don't have to do it to get the tabs.
