Double XP weekend was fun

Heya,

Just wanted to pass along a kudos to the devs. My kids and I had a great time this weekend during the double XP weekend. There were people everywhere and it was a lot of fun. Double mob XP was a good call, as double Quest XP would have been crazy. But, it made killing and grinding feel more valuable and I was able to level up my djinn several times :).

    It was nice. I think the xp isnt high enough for kills at higher levels so it was nice.
    i've noticed most people i know in game dont grind because the xp is too slow for the time it takes to get .1% and just log on to do dailies, TT's etc. maybe if they fixed the xp that would keep people grinding more.

    Yeah. I agree. It was nice. I jumped inside FB89 to do some mob farming since Gamma calls were dead. Any mob with a status effect was my friend in there. Normal mobs were giving me about 2.6k per... And anything but Weak and SA was giving me 5.2k per mob. I loved it. Now... If only they made it a double EXP month, instead... *hint hint, wink wink*

    Exp not high enough at higher levels? There were people getting 1-2k exp per kills at fish, that's plenty high. I don't know who you hang out with but almost everyone I know grinds. They shouldn't fix the exp, that'll make the game too easy. From 86-90 I stayed at fish grinding for 3% an hour, I thought it was worth it.

    i guess some people have more time then others to grind idk.
    I don't think the problem is the game would be too easy, i think pwi would be worried people would finish the game sooner and they wouldnt get $$ for charms etc.

    I only had to kill 2 normal mobs to get 0.1%

    I think that this is an event many players have been waiting for.

    I never grind and this was an opportunity even I could not pass up...heck even in farming dble the exp b:chuckle

    I actually wanted to grind non-stop over the weekend. lol I gain about 20% with just grinding and questing alone. Grind Quests on 2x EXP events are more awarding!b:laugh

    1 down, 2 weekends to go. I capped my level this last weekend(I couldn't get far without the Spiritual Cultivation) but next weekend this event is gonna take me far.
    95% of teens would freak out if the saw The Jonas Brothers on a 247 foot tall building about to jump. 5% get popcorn, a chair, and a video camera and yell Jump @#$&! jump!

    Yes agreed, I was saving quests from lvl 81 and I did them all this weekend. It made the 80+ mobs I needed for each quest more appealing. Can't wait for next weekend, non stop fishing for me!

    I wish I could love this 2x EXP as much as others do. But killing 20-30 mobs for .1% still isn't appealing. D:

    LOL....I feel your pain but in a group and in 3rd Map b:dirty

    Fast and Easy!

    Really for our levels you have to be in a group and just kill mobs fast. One always luring and one always AOE'ing/DD.

    But it is and can be painful for us to see the 0.1% b:surrender (I don't even get that in fb's any more b:cry)

    I think i'm having a hangover from the double xp weekend, cause seriously.. i dont wanna touch another mob again.... (till next weekend.)

    +1 to exp event

    around lvl80, the quests began to suck up more time and be less rewarding with their 0/70+ kills or quest items. so, I leveled on Crazystone, WorldQuest and BountyHunter for the last...while, along with a Rebirth and FB here and there.

    HOWEVER!
    this double exp weekend event makes these quests very much worth doing.
    +3% for kills, +2% for quest, cant argue with 5% per quest!

    You need......

    2nd map sucs!! But there are a few quests in there and grinding for venos good. Otherwise the mobs are insane with there aggro. 3rd map though...the grind is b:dirty

    The culti is not too bad, kinda a pain -- all HH's 2-1, 2-2, 2-3...FB99 (both) the Rebirth wave, then again a little different...it keeps going. For 4th needed 3-1, 3-2 and 3-3 (ewwwww) and now I need the last boss in both fb99's and then need to complete Rebirth wave 9 b:surrender. Doable but long process!! The belts though are very nice.

    But you need to get b:sad
