Mobs white dots dissapeared?

I don't know if it was the patch but when I logged on today on my main, I don't see those with dots anymore on the mini map when I was grinding. (It's pretty much like the green dots that represents people) But the white represent mobs. Strange but the white dots only show on my main, maybe because it shows for high lvl? Why is it gone now? It's very useful! Could it be the fact that my main had reached lvl 70 and its gone? Can someone help me?

    Above your HP bar, there's an icon switch that will toggle on and off this function. All you need to do is click it.

    It's the one on the farthest right.
