All I have to say is grind, grind, grind. Sell all your DQ drops when you do, and you'll have the money you need in no time.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Sell yourself in Archosaur?
I'd say, making baby pets isn't actually that cost effective. The amount of time it would take, plus the chance you would not actually tame the pet makes it less than worthwhile (not to mention the fact that they are not going to be an item desired by everyone).
At your level, making money is best done either by grinding or playing the auction house/catshop game.0 -
Unlike popular rumours, venos are not money making machine... we have less expenses, but we also kill slower (except maybe a barb). If you want to make money, you can do it with any class equally effective by playing the market. Buy low, sell high.
Venos do have the motivation to start saving pretty much from level one, so they can get the herc/phoenix, but they are not that much better than any other class....Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.0 -
When I was around lvl 57-60ish, I just went to Dragons End (east of lost), and grinded the lvl 55-56 mobs there. They drop ALOT of mystical eyes/masks. Made about 300K after a only 2-3 hours active grinding. And when I say 300K, that's the NPC price, and ONLY the DQ items. Also got a lot of pots and different gear.*-*-*When I wears my flashing sword and my hand takes hold on judgment. I will take vengeance upon mine enemies and I will repay those who hate me. Oh lord, raise me to thy right hand and count me among thy saints.*-*-*0

hmm... when i was lvl 50-60 i killed Supreme Foxwings. Grinded those over and over for abt and hour and made 200k+ (had a petite sawfly at the time b4 nix) When grinding i suggest doing it in fox form. That way you save MP and HP = $$ saved and the best part is that you only have to repair your wep after a couple hours if you do it right.0

I don't agree with that, I'm an arcane veno and only have 3 fox-form skills (fox wallop, purge and befuddling mist)
I only have str. so far as neccesary for my armor.
in humon form I can kill a mob fast in a few shots.
in fox form... well.. that takes a while -.-
it depends on your build if you can better grind in fox-form or not.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Grinding is your friend. Pick up everything, every single item that drops from the mobs. In the end, it always pays off.0

once you get to level 75, make allclass huggy hares, and sell them for 250k each. you only make 50k profit, but it's very simple and there's plenty of mobs to tame... plus you'll sell them rather quickly, as alot of the newer players want allclass pets but cant afford the ones that are actually worth the money (elysium fowl for example)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I really have to agree that grinding is the best option. I disagree though that venos take longer to kill mobs, I find the speed I kill them at quite efficient, however compared to a wizard, no. Wizards drop mobs mad quick, so I doubt that'd be a fair comparison.
I'm a light armor venomancer so I have no trouble when it comes to grinding.0 -

I was using my phoenix and was cringing, waiting for the remark on how overpowered venos with phoenixes were. To my surprise, he was killing the mobs faster than I could with my nix and full nuking.0 -
I would say taming rare pets and maybe selling magimites to low lvls.Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.0

Actually, when I was at the OP's level is when I actually started grinding on Huggy Hares. It's a wee bit dangerous, as they do like to gang up on you, but if you head to the west of the Village of the Lost, there's a nice patch of beach with 2 types of coal mines right by each other as well. Not a bad place to grind and level. I spent months there. Not only do they drop a ton of DQ, they also tend to drop gear. I was packing quite a bit of bunny armor.0 -

BUNNIES!!!!!
I got two levels off them - you can also get a Justice quest to do at the same time which helps .0 -

Where we come out ahead is in downtime (or not paying to remove downtime) rather than in the speed of the kill itself. Atleast when compared to an archer/wizard.0
