1 st Bank Expansion Quest

So I finally gathered all my DQ 20 bank mat (soft feather, antenna, etc)
and I go to turn them in to the banker back in Lost.
I open the quest window, and click on the quest, then click on the quest awarder NPC.
I start to autopath to some crazy direction.
I check my map and the endpoint is waaaay off in the north west part of the map.
I've never been to 1k city with my baby veno, I have no idea why I've got to turn the bank quest in there.

So I trash the quest, go to the nearest banker and get the quest again.
It still has quest awarder as Banker Hen Shao (122, 858). b:angry

At least as a girl, I can make a male priest, and give her a ride. I hope this isn't affecting barbs, too, or they're SOL.

    Fairly sure you can actually turn that in at any banker. IIRC I always turned mine in in Arch, but I think all of them work.

    I figured out what the problem was!
    I had some DQ in my bank, and not in bag.
    Once I had all in my bag, you're right,
    any banker NPC.

    I guess with culti being broken, I've lost faith that the system is working correctly, and am automatically expecting any
    hitch in the gameplay to be because this part of game is bugged/broken, too.
