Do exactly the oposite of what He's saying. Use phys attacks against robes and magic attacks against Heavy armor.

Metal Attacks for Mages/Clerics Etc.
For light armor just use anything.
Heavy Armor, viscous arrow helps to.

Axes all the way, they can one hit people from great distances.

hmm for pvp, well im a bad archer XD so you shouldn't read this, I know you can just hell spark normal shot and hope ur target doesnt run, but if u dont wanna rely on hell spark you can do the following...
However it still requires some chi, so the best way I found to build chi while in pvp is to spam the quick take aim(just hold down the key on keyboard and it will auto release) free 15 chi. Also the serrated arrow gives 15 chi, but it's not recommended in mid pvp

vs ppl my own level, who have good gear (+8 and more) this is what i do...

-vs other archers, i get a bit close, 79 avoid skill (so u dont get stunned)> sharptooth > wings of grace> stunning arrow> extreme poison> thunder shock > lightning strike > thunderous blast if they dont try to run, aim low if they try to run. archer should be dead unless he used wings of grace too or used a pk pot(damn those pk pots)

-vs mages, keep ur distance so u dont get undined + extreme poisoned and hit with the fire phoenix skill (its kinda short range) and fight preferably in the air, so u can drop down if they sutra (sometimes follows up with an ulti)...or if they get too close...which makes u do less dmg...and its harder to move when u have gush on u
anyway u do sharptooth> wings of grace > aim low (optional) > stunning arrow (so u dont get sealed) > then use relentless courage(genie skill used while ur casting stunning arrow) or hell quickshot> normal shots until mage dies

-vs blademasters, these are kinda easy (no offense), just avoid fight in ground (dragons + thunderstorm might kill you), if you get dragonned, use 79 avoid skill, you shouldnt die unless ur bad

theres 3 ways to fight a blademaster (lv 100s)
first way is
sharptooth> wings of grace(pretty much tanking the bm) extreme poison> thundershock> lightnign strike> thunderous blast> repeat metal chain

2nd way is to set up for the kill, I like this way because my hp charm doesnt tick. you pretty much kite the bm until you have at least 130 chi.
then you
sharptooth> stun> quick take aim> aim low (try to set it up so the aim low ticks the charm)> extreme poison > metal combo
Beware the bm antistun(red sprint) might mess you up, get ready to press on escape if so, dont waste ur chi

3rd way is if you know the bm is using a high level magic marrow, I've killed countless bms like this, It's money efficient (doesnt waste much mp or hp)
Sharptooth > stun (try to tick charm with the stun)> extreme poison or relentless courage or wind shield > quick take aim(just hold down the key) > aim low > keep doing normal shots, bm should die unless he uses a pk pot

-vs venomancer, tricky class because they wear heavy, light, or arcane, stick with the metal combo for heavy and light, normal shots for arcane, when fighting a high level veno, always fight on the ground, so the phoenix does half damage. Also always use wings of grace, it saves ur ****, you can resist bleed + the veno debuff if timed right, also prevents the veno from stunning you afterwards. However if ur wings of grace gets debuffed, well you're gonna have to hell spark and end it quick, or you will die unless you have anti veno genie.
Ps: damage over time skills do full damage on pets (phoenix) my level 11 bleed skill(dropped in fb 99 lol) ticks the phoenix for 500 every time, good thing to do if the veno likes to bramble and spam pk pots

-vs barbarian, hmm they shouldnt be able to kill you unless they use perdition, but you cant kill them unless you crit. Easiest way to kill barbs is to sharptooth and hell spark + antistun pot +extreme poison and metal combo. You can also do the wings of grace + hell spark combo, but then ur gonna need a chi pot to use thundershock. Anyway dont fight barbs for too long, they will eventually zerk crit and perdition and kill you.

-vs Cleric...pretty easy, but you need timing, wings of grace is ur best friend, the cleric wont be able to sleep you and wont be able to kill you.
If the cleric doesnt have plume shield, you can try to stun + take aim and see if u get lucky, however at higher level that combo doesn't work anymore.
So now the cleric has his shield up, you wont be able to kill him(unless you have debuff bow), however you can build chi for urself by spamming quick take aim, reduce his hp with sharptooth, and steal his chi with the 89 chi drain skill (this annoys them a lot, because they need chi to hell spark, need chi for plume shield and need chi to paralize you). Their shield runs out in 20 seconds, so when their shield has about 10-5 seconds left, you need to use wings of grace, because this is when the clerics love to sleep you.
Once the cleric realizes that their sleep failed, they will try to run, you have to stun them, then follow up with aim low, now you have many options :
-extreme poison and normal shot
-relentless courage (30% atk speed increase) and normal shot
-wind shield (10% atk speed increase) and normal shot
-if ur close, normal shots, then when ur aim low is about to run out, try an occult ice(6 sec stun)

Anyway that's all, I doubt anyone will read this, I just wanted to share what I learned from killing over 9000 players b:bye bye pwi , I can now quit this game, I'm finaly over 9000.

i guess dueling is different than pvp.....cant ever beat barbs in duels
