Ok im kind of new here and im wondering if i can switch classes without making a new character... so umm can i?

    You can customize your character however you like, but Im not too sure about class

    oh ok,so 4 every new class that comes out i need to make a new character to get it?

    Yes, when you want to make a new class, you have to make another character for it. You can have up to 7 characters per server, incase you feel you need to try out several classes.
    I cannot into Lithuania.

    Duh, what did you expect?

    That you could lvl with an easy class, and once you're high lvl switch to the strongest/hardes class?
