been waiting sence tuseday. i did all the things i was told to do.Like npc my mount.Please read my email or something i been waiting forever.I been patient but really getting annoyed -___-

    They don't work on weekends and Labor day.

    It's a holiday weekend, as Jay mentioned - I'd be very surprised if they are in again until Tuesday. Add to that the massive amount of people who are asking them to do just what you are asking on top of the normal issues - I can see it taking a while. When all is said and done - it's a free mount, we should be thankful they are willing to transfer them at all.
