Pet bag location?

I just got to level 20 so I can finally use my Swift Onyx Jaguar but I can't seem to find the pet bag. I expanded it with a cage through her quest to see if that opened it somewhere but no. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Press P to access your pet bag,

    Note you also need to "hatch" you mount at the pet manager/trainer

    G - guild *from the MY name for factions
    T - team
    Q - quest
    C - character
    R - Skills
    E - Actions

    Try em all out - even the keys I didn't list. That's usually the first thing i do with every new game -- figure out what does what.

    is there a reason why i cant hatch any more pets i currently can have only 2 everytime i visit the NPC to hatch more nothing happens

    You don't have full access to all the pet slots in your bag, starting out, venomancers only have 2 slots to use for pet storage. The others need to be opened through a farming quest from the pet manager or a cash shop cage.
    Then you will be able to hatch and store more pets.

    Edit: Or talk to the Pet Skill Trainer for the quest, I forget that the Untamed have to speak to that NPC for their pet related needs.

    Speaking of that farming quest, does anybody know where-to-gather/what-to-kill to get hay? would like lvl 16 - 30 creatures please
