Banker Problem - Depositing

I'll start off by saying I did read the forums. It seems nobody else has had the same issue at me, so hopefully it can be resolved.

In the inventory screen the deposit button says it goes to the bank. For this reason, while I am hunting I randomly deposit all of my coins to ensure they do not get dropped upon death (as I read they can drop when you die). Now, to do this I am usually not in town.

Tonight before I logged out I went to town to see how many coins I had deposited and I noticed all that's there is the little bit I put in earlier that day directly (meaning actually at the banker). It seems my other thousands of coins are not showing up there.

I am just looking for a fix for this issue (and hopefully a refund of the lost coins due to the error, if there is one). The reason I was depositing as I was is because it says it deposits to your bank and even tells how much you are able to deposit total. If they disappeared forever for some reason, the tooltip should explicitly say "Do not use when not near Banker!" or something to that effect.

    b:laugh u have droped all coins to ground instead of depo to bank


    TO depo in bank : u have 2 physicaly go to BANK npc click Safe > click invetory $$ symbol to depo to bank

    They weren't dropped on the ground, either.... They literally just disappeared. That's where my issue is. I wouldn't mind if they were dropped because I could pick them back up, but that is not the case. They are just removed from your inventory and do not go anywhere apparently.

    It's confusing me because again, the tooltip in your inventory is misleading.
