It's just recently come to my attention that one of my good friends in game, Asterixa, also leader of TrueHeart on the Lost City server has been banned without good reason or proof. Seems that someone got upset and accused our good friend of hacking when I know for a fact that they wouldn't. A lot of us know that. This is not a weak little appeal for a friend, this is stand. The proof I have is just as inconclusive as the grounds on which they were banned, so if the ban can't be lifted due to my lack of hard evidence, then the ban should have never been placed, due to the same lack of evidence. It was unfair and totally uncalled for and we want our good friend and fair player back.

    Asterixa is a good person. This ban is uncalled for and should never have happened without just cause. To take the word of one person without evidence is disgraceful. Anyone who is in PWI should know that the Trueheart Leader is above reproach and always extends a hand to those who need it. Please lift the ban on Asterixa and restore my faith in justice!

    Yeah, Spoons always says that you're free to PM him if you think any disciplinary actions that have been taken are unfair, just don't go posting about it on the forums, that only makes matters worse.

    As per TOS burden of proof lies on your side unless you can prove negligence on theirs on the event of a civil lawsuit. Note that negligence here pertains their internal process, not the actual evidence used against your friend. Inb4 lock.

    Perhaps they should make a very large post about bans that grabs your attention so that everyone knows where to go to. This isn't the first time I've heard of this sort of thing happening.

    Asterixa would never use hacks,the guy who got him banned was probably just a jealous noob.We miss the nicest guy on Lost City!

    This whole banning from a random person reporting for the heck of it is just ludicrous.
    I want my friend and faction leader unbanned.
    He would never use a **** for a game he is way above that, anyone that knows Asterixa would agree.
