Anniversary Mount

I realize there are loads of people who are submitting the ticket to have this mount transferred to some other char, including me.
I just wanted to know when will the change take place. I log on everytime to see if i have the mount or not and am dissapointed. Is it going to take place next tuesday during server maintainance or something?
Also i opened the mail and the mount is sitting in my inv, does that make a difference or can it be blocking my transfer?

    I don't know why, I had it in my inventory, but it disappeared. Somehow.

    It's impossible to say for sure when you will get an answer for your ticket. It depends on the load of tickets that are already in queue before yours, so it could take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. I wouldn't expect a reply until after labor day weekend, though.
