Pure Luck?

I hadn't played on this account since Open Beta, but by pure luck, I trained this character to level 6 before I left. My question is, am I still eligible for the mount? This account was created on Aug 1st 2008.

    Indeed, good to know pwi fully respects active players who have been around many long months constantly playing and charging great amounts of zen weekly just as much as an inactive free-playing one who happened to be around early enough and gave the game a test out of boredom.....

    I been playing lately, just not on this account.
    Besides, I supported this game from the start, by beta testing it.
    Furthermore, I have school, so I cannot play that much.

    Okay, I got the ticket out of my mailbox, and it's just sitting there.
    After a while, it disappeared. How did that happened? I sent in a ticket already.

    Lucky BM (i got a lvl65 when righting this) and 3 more chars all of them are lvl 5 or up and what did i recieved for free?...............NOTHING b:surrender.

    Besides im not a free player i bought zen, but i steel wished I had free mount.(meanwhile u can enjoy ur mount at lvl 26) :(
