    that's what i think too
    putting aside the others stuff like hiero, gold price, orbs, etc...
    people spend days even months to farm CV wep
    but now they can just get it through click... b:surrender

    Edit: forgot to mention you can get chips through exchanging tokens, so it's only the matter of time when someone able to afford warsoul now

    To me the anniversary boxes can only mean that PWI's powers that be (devs, GMs, or whoever is really in control, since I don't get the impression GMs have nearly as much say as everyone seems to think) have given up on this game and are practically quitting it.

    Everything I've heard about PW MY-EN made me glad I started on PWI, where the game was still a game. Now they've eliminated 90% of the game.

    I don't see any reason to stick around when the powers that be are quitting themselves.

    A) Gold prices are insane. Theoretically they might go down after the event, but as we have seen from the past, just when the gold economy looks to be recovering from the last event, PWE creates a new one to raise the price of gold again. First Jolly Old Jones (on the new servers) was iffy. Releasing it a second time marked the beginning of the end, and now they've finally decided to kill the game entirely.

    B) What's the point of PvP if it's entirely based on real life money? It is impossible to buy charms from coin now, and people who do put in money can get insane elite gear. At least I can go PvP without charms now, at least until someone comes along who has 10k HP and can one-shot me.

    C) Honestly, what's going to happen to dungeons with charms at 2 mil? Clerics need an MP charm for the party to do a near-level dungeon. That or sesames, but what happens when those go? I'm not sure if regular potions can keep up with blue bubble, and the cooldown on apothecary items will hurt.

    (Yes, my character is HL, but I have one on LC as well, and actually was recently on that server more often. But my HL char is higher level, so I post from it)

    It feels like we are being milked of all we have. They bring in boxes to get these items, but take out orb packs. I'm going to call it right now, come october 1st orb packs will be brought back in. To create another wave of spending to refine these new cv weapons, armor, rings....whatever.

    And i think the high lvl player base is going to take a huge hit from this. The lower lvls imo are going to keep going oblivious to the damage this has done.

    This event has killed my enthusiasm on the game. Even reaching 90 hasnt been a big wow for me.

    b:chuckle i actually forsaw gold prices would dramatically raise up and really i didnt care about it till i see the anniversary gift box that give you cv mats, warsong,etc...
    after seeing those.. only thing left for me to do is "okay I quit"

    Im not to particualarly fond of it.

    But I estimate that by the end of the month I will get my HH80 gold bow, 2 G7 garnet shards, and enough socket stones to add a socket in the event that it doesnt have 2.


    That being sad Im still not to fond of it

    Instead of forking out money into this game now just go private...It's cheaper. And has the same as this version since the boxes. Don't have to level up, just buy zen for that, same with spirit, rep, weapons etc...

    Before i thought i could able to play even with the raising of gold prices so i keep doing gv and such to lvl but now lol...

    I spent a little over 500 usd opening boxes over the past 2 days.

    I managed to get....
    Galactic Beetle fly mount
    95 Boot mold
    2 Wing Trophy Capes
    4 stones of savant
    And a handful of plat charms

    I had a crazy amount of fun opening boxes with my friends so I don't think this time or money was a waste.

    I do think however My pvp just took a HUGE nose dive because no one can afford dolls, charms etc to play with me =/.

    This even is relatively broken, but these things are "Anniversary Packs"
    for a reason... if you didn't see these things showing up weeks ago then idk man... idk.

    Also CQ doesn't go gv anymore I needs gv parties =(

    I don't have 2nd map either!
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

    maybe if you're ep you dont need hiero(my hiero dont tick till at least wave 6 boss and wave 9 and up)

    I also need the 2nd map, I had been asking for a few weeks for a party, but now I don't have the guts for asking for a gv party because hieros cost 2m coins now =(

    This event made everything in PWI so damn worthless. Everything is about loading zhen and spam boxes, or farm HH and sell mats and use money to buy boxes. Or set up 30 buy/sells stalls in Archo and use the profit to buy more boxes.

    Every single ingame instance is more or less pointless to do anymore. Why farm fb99 when only like 1 skill drops every 15 run, when u can just open boxes <.< And why bother farming it for molders, they're only grade 12, you can get grade 14 stuff from spamming boxes. And why do GV for shards and book pages, when g7 shards are like 150k each and mysterious pages are sold in every stall in archo west. Why even do cube after lvl 100 for book credits/chips or rotating cogs for cube necklace. You get skills 100% easier from event, same with chips and spamming boxes gives warsoul accessories to.

    And why bother farming for any hh gold at all? You can just spam boxes and get chips for it in 10 minutes or get something thats 100% better and grade 13 or 14 b:shocked.

    They could just as well close every single instance in PWI, no one would even notice. Not like ppl do much Bounty Hunter anymore and you can get rep from spamming boxes.
