Every cleric my level 78BM does bh/fb with fails.. level 80 clerics who can't even heal..

What has PW clerics come to? you disgust me. b:chuckle

    Some just aren't meant to be clerics, maybe?

    Lately I haven't seen any bad clerics - most who have done it a few times, can even solo-heal BH 69 for now etc :)
    Besides they are even capable of tanking 59 bosses (the levels you mentioned).

    Instead of stabbing, maybe you should give them a piece of advice of what they could do better to not fail :)

    They might say bad things to you because to them you seem as if you were "trying to tell a cleric how to play a cleric", but actually they will think about it, maybe realize, if it is, it is a better way to do it too :)

    But if there are things they don't realize on their own, there must be something wrong, really :)

    Do what I do on my tank alt if you notice clerics suck... Tell them what to do word by word, threaten to leave if they don't get their act together & your charm ticks one more time. If they continue to do their own just leave them handing. (But I'm a barb so I can do that b:victory)

    I agree that a cleric should know what he or she is doing, if not, then yes, tell them what to do. But being rude about it helps no one and only makes you look like a jerk. And as far as 'don't let my charm tick', what about the clerics charm ticking 10 times more than yours? And dont give me that stale 'you're a cleric, thats your job'. I can say 'you're a barb, getting hit is your job.' I'm really getting tired of hearing that. If you dont want your charm to tick, dont get one then. I run TT's all the time with charmed barbs, things happen and sometimes your charm will tick, I try my hardest not to let that happen, but it still does. Would you rather not have a charm and die, or tick your charm and live? I had a barb tell me he didnt want his charm to tick, so at the boss i said, 'well, I dont want mine to tick either.' And stopped healing him. Took him all of 5 seconds to say he was sorry and we were fine after that. Charms cost everyone the same amount, have some respect.

    Yeah, you really ought not to generalize. I just solo-healed my fb79. Granted there was a herc also, but the Barb had aggro most of the time. There are still those of us who are good clerics b:laugh

    dreamweavers just pro server :) anyways with the new charm prices going into 1m-1.5m RBs/Zhen's/TT's/FB's/BH's for clerics are dead an gone for a LONG time. point blank. atleast for non cash shop playersb:shutup

    And as far as 'don't let my charm tick', what about the clerics charm ticking 10 times more than yours? And dont give me that stale 'you're a cleric, thats your job'.
    "My" cleric's charm never ticks b:cool , unless they are doing smth really stupid & it's their own fault, I try to explain how to get it right, or the DDs are being idiotic & getting agro by randomly shooting mobs & then making the cleric get the hits for healing. Then again, I warn them a few times & explain what they are doing wrong & how to stop it from happening. If they continue with their bs, I'll whisper the cleric to let them die unless he/she wants to. I'm no babysitter.

    Even a lvl 2 mana regen apoth item is able to take care of the demands of using Ironheart spam without a problem. All charm cost will change, is less reliance on Blue Bubble to survive. Or maybe people will start actually using their apothecary skill and harvesting herbs.

    lvl 2 apo is not enough for me, im using lvl 60 mp regen pots so i don't have to use sezames, but i can't do that with blue ball. when you have blue ball up then you coun't in battle mode and those potions don't give full mp regen anymore. i usually pot before setting up BB, but if boss takes more time than 10 mins to kill then my charm will tick or i will have to eat potions nonstop or sezames every 30 seconds and you can't use apoth pots with BB up. if boss/monsters aoe then also have to use pots/sezames/charm, apo pots are not enough then.

    When people tell me what to do and how to play the char like by screaming "BB HERE NAO" when im in the middle of channeling BB makes me just want to kill them all so i do, i drop BB and teleport out to shut them up b:pleased

    I know I'm not at goddess lvl yet, but I don't suck :P

    I heal for BH79, and can kill Farren with a 5x cleric - *sighs* i shuda taken a screen shot: 3 clerics(2 5x, 1 6x), barb5x, archer5x, bm5x. overkill, right? yeah... 6x cleric tanked farren with one 5x healing her and the other 5x rezing the ____ tank(s).

    When I see clerics that 'can't' heal, I talk to them, most of the time they have no idea what to do and appreciate any advice that can be given.

    I personally have three 8x clerics that I ask for advice from all the time... oh wait, Saph just made 90 b:victory

    **shrugs** you don't die on my watch, unless you're stupid... then you stay dead until I can get to yas.

    I'd ensure that 100% without a doubt your charm would never tick on trash mobs.

    And then when you start tanking the boss, I'd put on a nuke macro and get some chips. I wouldn't flinch if I came back to a party wipe, mostly because I know you've either lost xp or a doll. Also, your charm's gonna tick again when you hit go to town.

    I agree with Eremedy, just because some clerics on your level can't do their job properly doesn't mean we all fail in what we do.

    Yesterday a Barb in my faction tried to do Polearm in the FB69 and died 2 times because the Clerics forgot to purify him. It's really saddening because it should be obvious that you need to purify a barb when he gets such a debuff, after our barb 'kindly' reminder those two lvl 88 clerics to purify it went well. b:chuckle

    I guess levels don't say everything, I do think it's pretty ironic that lvl 79-80 Clerics can do a better job then some lvl 88+ Clerics.

    You can even do a FB 69 with one cleric . . . so why those clerics didn't think of purify'ing the tank is beyond me. b:question

    Some clerics confuse me. >__>;

    Maybe the cleric in question is not so "fail" and it's really some other squad members that need to learn their roles...b:shutup
