disapearing culvation quest?

ok so i just reached lv 9 on my barbarian the pop up spirit culvation quest came up i turend that in for 40 exp but i cant get the quest for spiritual adept it wont come up i tried find quest it aitn there i tried my quest log it aint in there help plz

same happened to my venomancer, the guest just dissapeared and now he wont even talk to me about it...0
