    I just did the math...
Again, just like Jones, it's rational.

People are saying it's about 90-95% chance to get 'lucky ticket (15)'

One of the things you can do with that is trade it in, at a rate of 2 per 10million.

So, even ignoring the allegedly incredible drops, you've got:
1 gold -> 13.5 tickets on average, say you get 'unlucky' and get only 12. (Unlucky because most people would rather have the god stuff)
12 tickets turns into 60 million cash.

So one gold is now worth 60 *million*
Anything less than that, and you can make a profit.
    This can't possibly be right.

There's two types of tokens of luck. Normal tokens of luck, which are the low end rewards and the tokens of best luck which are rare, a rather low chance (I'm guessing 2%) and have the good rewards. Duke announces these ones.

you're confusing token of best luck and token of luck.
But best luck tokens are much, much more rare. And those are the ones needed for the 10 mil exchange.

    Oh thank goodness.

So if you get 'best luck' how many do you get? (At 2% I make it that the rational price of gold is at least that number * 100k)
