town portals?

ok well i seriously think they should add town portal scrolls so if i'm really far from a town and i already used up my town portal skill and i'm surrounded by lv 50 monsters
i can use the town portal to safety!!! or nearest town scroll

    It does exist it's a CashShop item..
    Press O, select Items at the top, then Portal on the second line of text..

    Teleport Incense : Teleports you to the nearest city
    Teleport Stone : Teleports you to a previously activated waypoint.

    So I bought the teleport stone and can only see 3 cities (apparently somehow activated their waypoints). How does one "activate" a way point so the stone will show it for them? Just using the Town Portal spell to get to the nearest town doesn't do it. What did I miss here?

    Talk to any new teleporter and it will say "blahblahblah has been activated". After that, you will be able to teleport there. HOWEVER, teleporting via teleporters (not teleport stones), you will be limited to locations as the teleportation system is via 'hubs'.

    By talking to the Teleporters in towns you haven't been to or by getting a Geographic Map.
