Special Refinement Places?

So I went and talked to Duke Blacke today and got a message saying something about if you want to refine to +6 go to black mountain. I was wondering if anybody else got a level of refinement and where it was, and if that means there's a higher success rate there? Any input from would be appreciated.

    Should I gamble with my endless emb +5 and see if I get +6 with only 1 mirage? b:chuckle

    it takes 2 mirages and use tisha if ur gonna risk it b:laugh
