Ok I know this has been covered serveral times and there are several threads on this but I didn't find any(I searched a few pages deep using the search feature and didnt' see any recent ones). I guess this is really more of a "what's your opinion" thread. But is having high rank and rep really worth it?

Yes you get some really nice gear out of it, but isn't TT, HH, (whatever you call it) armor about the same? Same for weapons? I've read that if you have enough rep you can get hidden or special quests because of it.

Secondly, if it IS worth it, how does one manage to obtain high rep? I'm level 81 and I only have a little under 5,000 rep and I've had to struggle just to get that. I know that you can get it from FB's, Darkness Stamps, Wraith Tags....aside from the FB's, the other two are rare drops or sell for an outragous amount of coin.

Anyone with really high rep out there who can answer this?

    The Higher rank badges seem verrry good (look at the lvl 100 one) but i'm assuming it takes an insane amount of rep to get the lvl 90/100 ones.
    I don't think I've seen any molder rings that compare to those 2.
    The one magic ring I've seen that could compare to the lvl 90 one is still out of reach.. (gold lunar/frostlands)


    lvl 60 badge ~ 5K rep

    lvl 70 badge ~ 10K rep

    lvl 80 badge ~ 35K rep

    lvl 90 badge ~ 100K rep

    lvl 100 badge ~ 200K rep b:dirty

    Another good way to get extra rep is doing the crusade order books / wanted quests, you get XP, SP and a small amount of rep (2~4 depending on the lvl of the book) and you get a chance to receive a wraith dog tag as an additionnal reward.
    And you also get 1 or 2 rep from Justice orders (which you can sometimes combine with One Man army quests)

    I'll keep working at it, till I get my lvl 100 badge b:dirty one day maybe....

    the only way to grind rep is FB's, stamps, dog tags, officer badges or 1 man army as much as u can and wanted book quests (crusader order A B) nothing else comes up in my mind now.

    Rank 6: 35k rep level 80
    Rank 7: 100k rep level 90
    Rank 8: 200k rep level 100

    I know the rank 8 weapons are considered to be the best weapons in the game other than warsoul of course.

    Only problem I have with these Rank Equipment is that you can't refine them.

    Only the rings. You can +12 your 8jun wep if you want. ^_^

    Says who? http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/items/12950 Rank8 fists have a refinery tab, as do others. Only rank equipment that you can't refine are the rank rings. But rank 8 rings can be easily replaced with Lunar Glade rings.
