Bald Characters

Hi, I am very new to this game & forum. Today, I downloaded PW and I log in. I start creating my character just to see that all the hair choices end up with little hair, and the character being bald. This is not a turn on :p Anyone know how to fix this?

    I'm having the same problem. All the npc's look fine, but any user characters I come across (including my own) look like the hair isn't positioned right and/or missing bits. Its really weird and I'd like to know if its my grafix card or possibly a currupt file somewhere. PLEASE someone help us both!
    The game plays fine otherwise.

    lol lucky you... I have about the back of the head.... fully bald :/ makes me not want to play this game

    Yeah. My bf is having problems signing up, I can't see people's hair... its sad :( the game seems like a blast to play though.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    This game won't run as expected on GeForce4. I had the same bald issue on GeForce4Go and ended up by buying a more recent laptop with pixel shader support. Up to version 144 of the game there were no problems with GeForce4 though :(
