How much should a lvl 68 pure archer stats be?

I didn't pay attention at first. My vit is 10,mag is 5(didn't put anything on it),str 67,and dex 268. I heard my friends said that a pure archer str suppose to be = to your lvl and +4, is that true? I'm gonna buy the reset to reset my the 5 points I put on vit. Also I did put 4 on dex and 1 on str every lvl put since I put the 5 points on vit, it screwed it up =/ Can you help?

    Just go with str = highest requirement for highest bow/LA, then rest in dex.

    The reason for the Str = level +4 is Light Armor requirements. That is, L60 light armor requires 64 str, and 64 dex. At your next level up just put fewer points into dex and more into str to compensate, then continue at 1 and 4.

    Also, how are your stats that low? I've got 69 str and 275 dex, at level 65. Get better gear.

    Are you counting the gear bonus that gives up extra stats? I took out all of my gears to see what it truly is. Me with gear=23 vit, 8 mag, 71 str, and 277 dex

    Oh that's your base stats. That's more like it lol. I've got 64 and 266 then. It's not really base str that has to be level+4, since what matters is only whether or not you can equip the best armor available. Occasionally you may run into trouble if you're replacing a piece of +str gear, but usually not a problem.
