Cleric needs some advice and help =)

first, im summit and i play a cleric.
i started playing 2 days ago and im a level 7 cleric so far.
my stats are :
vit 5
str 10
mag 30
dex 5

now i have no idea what to do! i want to become a full helper with buffs and healing powers. i dont want to become a fighter.
so how do i level up now? do i have to find a same level fighter and party him?

    You have no choic in the matter as you must use both support and attack skills.I would put some vit in after lvl 10 especialy being on a pvp server.you want more input look in the Cleric forum and read the sticky in it.

    PVP you should maybe look at more Vit.

    Perhap a Ratio of he following.

    1 Vit
    1 Dex/Stre (Alternate Strength every other level)
    4 Magic

    Or alternately

    2 Vit
    1 Dex/Stre (Alternate Strength every other level)
    2 Magic

    Or for light armor option or even some heavy

    1 Vit
    1 Strength
    1 Dex
    2 Magic

    Im using the last one. However how I do it is a little different. Every even level I pump 1 Vit, and 4 magic, and every odd level I isue 1 vit, 1 Str, 1 Dex and 2 Magic

    Seems to be working. Oh ans use your macros!

    Try what you want, but having no attacks only gimps your self....on other note you are on PvP server so after lv30 with out any attacks its like calling out to get killed.

    but whats a pvp server? like player vs player? I thought all the servers were pvp?

    No - Harshlands and Lost City are PvP servers - meaning as soon as you hit level 30, you're in PvP mode (can attack/be attacked by other players)

    The other servers are PvE - meaning when you hit level 30 you have the ability to switch in and out of PvP mode (though once in PvP mode you have to stay there for at least 10 hours)

    omg I'm level 8. so I have to restart or can I transfer my items and character to any other server?

    You would have to start over if you wanted to play on a PvE server. And no, items do not transfer.

    And starting over when level 8 is easy.
