I've been working on honing down some of BM macros, and I'm finding that Diamond Sutra tends to stop the macro dead in it's tracks. Has anyone else noticed this? Also, I want to work Alter Marrow: Physical into one, but I'm not sure if it has the same issue.

I have noticed that using Diamond Sutra stops your combat flow.

Such as, if you walked up to a mob and regularly began attacking him and then used Aeolian Blade, after skill is complete your character will automatically begin attacking as normal.

Drake's Ray and Diamond Sutra seem to stop the entire chain so that might be your problem.

Warrior macros fail, in my opinion. We have way too much versatility and can adapt to many situations to be better at what we're doing.

    Both PvE and PvP.

Thanks for the explanation about why it fails! I have it macroed for an AOE grind combo set up. The first macro uses Roar to stun them, bashes 'em down a bit, let's them smack me a few times then ends on Diamond. Then I hit a second macro that usually finishes off the crowd just as diamond finishes healing me. Helps to keep the potion use down. Also helps that I usually grind with a Veno friend that send me sparks after each group.

wasting a spark for some health while aoe grind? well yea saves some pots/charm but on the other side u wont be able to use heavens flame which kills mobs really, i mean really fast.

also using macros isnt for bm, mainly at aoe grind and pvp u will see...
