Can you transfer

So i was Wondering if your on a sever for ex. lets say i was on Heavens Tear and i want to transfer my account to move to an east coast sever for better connection wise is there any way to do that with out the hassle of making a new account and new char and having to level him and go threw that painfull process of having them do fb's (cry out loud) any way if not, Is it any way i can send in game Mail to PEOPLE in other server's? Or is it only in game mail to the player's on the same sever as you?

    There is on WoW. I think they should add it here too. Leveling is really a hassle.

    You had to pay there too, and they had a lot more servers and far better support.

    However, you aren't there anymore. Deal with it.
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"
