Launching Help

Um...well recently (yesterday), I downloaded Perfect World International. Anyway, I downloaded it (took like 11 hours) and started it up. (another hour or two) Well, I thought I was done with it (patching and stuff) so I started it up, only to get this screen a few seconds later.

I went to the website, and nothing talks about this little window. So, I looked at the patches, and there are two more than I had auto-downloaded from the software. So, do you think it will work after I download the other patches, or is there something wrong with my computer/game?



(Please ignore anything I said that doesn't sound correct. I recently just got into mmorpg's and I don't know a lot of the terms. :s )

    *Phew* I thought I was the only one. Yes, this is really starting to bug me, because this game looks so awesome.

    I just downloaded the patches, and installed them, but I got these screens.

    Please, please help! If anyone knows how to solve this problem, or if I can get in touch with a GM and discuss the issue, I'd be very grateful.

    PS: I sent a ticket, how long will it take approximately to be answered?

    UPDATE:

    I was able to catch the quick dissapearing screen after the crazy text one. Ignore the face book. xD

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
