Buying Zen??

Hey i got the receipt in my email from pay pal but my wallet still says it has been pending when will my tranfer go thru it has already been 2 hours!!!

    The worse part is if you check the Pending definition, it says it can take a week if it's an eCheck, but I paid with Credit Card. Sent a couple of tickets for it, but havn't gotten any kind of response at all yet.

    I paid with Paysafecard. How long could it take to get the credit on my account?

    If its your first time buing zhen your getting an email to verify from pwi. If thats not responded withing an hour its cancelled purchase of zhen. dunno if its the case.

    If you chose PayPal payment method, it gives you the option to pay with Credit Card. Paysafecard seems to be a prepaid card method, never used it myself so I'm not sure on the delay to get your ZEN. But with PayPal Credit Card method, especially if you've used it before, it shouldn't be stuck on Pending status. At least it's never happend to me before.

    Yeah that's not the case for me, I've bought Zen through PayPal CC method before and I already got my Receipt email as well, just like the original poster. The confirmation email is only sent on the 1st PayPal CC transaction. This seems to be some type of delay.

    How long did u wait for this confirmation email? Cause Lordi waits now already more than 20 hours for it and it wasn't his first time to pay per Paysafecard. Usually it worked out well for him, just this time he got problems.

    Are they also getting Pending status? Maybe it's affecting multiple payment methods?

    Again I don't know anything about PaySafeCard method, but with PayPal Credit Card, you should only get the verification email the 1st time. I've gotten my receipt from PayPal showing what my charge was on the card. But the site is still showing the Pending status.

    As I know, he didn't have problems with buying Zen, but he didn't get the credit on his account, neither a confirmation email. He is still waiting for it.

    Guys, I paid with PayPal CC about 2 weeks ago and I got my receipt within a few minutes in my email. However, it took 23 hours 35 min to go from Pending to Completed in PWI. (Almost exactly a day.) During this time PWI was posting in game messages saying that PP was having issues. Apparently, they still are.

    Thanks for info Blippy. I'm assuming you're right and they are still having issues since it seems to be affecting a few people.

    First off, sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you. Sometimes PayPal suspends transactions while they conduct a additional review into them. They are informing the customers that the transaction has been processed, and essentially it has, but they fail to inform the customers that there is an additional "payment review" being conducted. While this is happening we are not able to intervene. They state it should take no longer than 24 hours to complete and we understand this can be a big inconvenience.     Yes there are some issues with Paypal. I myself had to wait around 24 hours twice now before they gave it free and it seems like the same is happening again today. 24 hour waiting time after getting the original E-mail from Paypal then I get a "Slight delay" E-mail from them and at most a minute later my zen is always free. A PAIN >_<

    Well 24 hours have passed since I received my PayPal Receipt email and still no ZEN. Thankfully I was given information on this post as to what's going on, but what I'm a little upset with is that I submitted 2 tickets around 24 hours ago about this and got zero response from support. Anyway, I know this is happening to others and whether it's an issue with PayPal or PWI, it's still turning me off from buying ZEN again. b:surrender

    And of course as soon as I post this message... literally 24 hours... and 5 minutes past... I get my delay confirmation emails and now my ZEN... wow... LOL.

    Yes, with the first time with paypal there is a confirmation email... check that and your junk/spam folder, just to be sure you got the confirmation email... if you didn't get it you may have to re order that as your email address may have been incorrect.

    I just did my first paypal earlier today (a couple days later than this original post and sorry for the thread necro) and had no troubles with paypal... I had tried to use that pointandclick one, but I had numerous troubles with that option. Finally saw this thread and tried what SohRen had suggested, and it worked.

    Yell at me for the non-response to the ticket. Many billing issues I handle prior to telling the players or responding to their ticket. In regards to this issue though, it is very widespread within the community for how many people are effected so forum posts about it became a higher priority. I do apologize for that b:cry
