Dragon quest 41

Hey, so I just did my lvl 41 dragon quest the second time, and it won't let me get the reward. It just says mission already taken. I've always done the dragon quest for more than once, and it has always worked, so does anyone know why this is happening?

    What happened is that you took the second quest before it popped up the text telling you about it.

    To fix it, go to your quest log, there'll be a blank line above the dragon quest. Select the blank line, and trash that 'quest'. The dragon quest should then become available.
