GM's no longer doing their jobs

Has anyone else, like me sent complaints, suggestions, etc., via the ticketting system and received no reply? It seems that my last 10 sends have fallen on deaf ears or simply been consigned to the "just another moaner" bin.

If anyone has had such an experience, please furnish me with the dates and brief details, as I plan to challenge the powers that be with a petition.

Also if you received an unsatisfactory, or you consider unfair, reply i.e. you believe you were banned unjustifiably, etc., also send me details.

    i do agree the GM's on this game are far from great infact only 1 GM who i see does a good job is spoons

    The more tickets you send, the longer it takes to get a reply.

    Wow - a assume this will be deleted soon.

    but just a thing to say.

    The server is based in the U.S. not Russia. And that makes a big difference.

    I have to disagree, just because spoons is the active one here inside the forum doesn't mean he's the only good one

    the others may have better things to do (for us I hope) than read all the forums here

    Has u ever think that this is PW International?

    Can u imagine as a GM's how many ticket they must receive on a day? and how many people like u send and forward it many times?

    GM's mail box: unread message -> 100.......200......500......(few hours later)..............3000 --> GM's b:cry

    All tickets are read, and most of them are answered. However, every time you send a ticket, your older one is moved to the very back of the queue. Also, please allow up to 3 days for a reply to be sent.

    i think they should not delete posts like this , ppl need to be able to talk about stuf like this cuz everyone notices it and if they don't defend themselves pl are only gonna start thinking even wyrse about GM's etc


    but in my humble opinion i think the GM's are doing the best they can
    you need to remember that there is alot of background work for GM's
    alot of GM's need to do stuf that we don't know of or don't see

    th problems are'nt not the GM's , it's the ppl above the GM's the developpers who say what's gonna happen in next patch and what the GM's need to work on

    and yes i too think they need to stop bringing in more sh*t , and startfixing problems here and now

    this is getting annoying and if they keep doing it like this they're gonna kill their own game and push ppl to a game wich name i can't write down here

    especially the jumb bug , and still the stupid pheonix unbalance towards other classes is pissing me off

    if they choose to go easy pve and get alot of money ok i don't care , but don't mke the OP in TW etc ...

    so .. fix bugs ,THEN bring in new patches
