Graphic Issue (Heads)

I've noticed that just recently, everyone's heads are now glitched.
Every male player uses the head I used for my cleric that's on another server, and every female player uses a head that another player i know used for their blademaster on another server. The strange thing though is this appears to be happening only recently and it worked fine before. Although I am using an Intel graphics driver or whatever, my main concern is finding out what caused this glitch to happen, and how it can be undone, if at all possible. (hopefully without reinstalling the entire client every time.)

Any ideas?

    Not exactly sure what you're experiencing... but give this a try;

    Go to your System Settings, Click the UI tab and make sure your Customizations is ticked

    I have the glitch too, when I click on anyone (except for Male Untamed), they feature the same face... and hear, and same eye colour......
