I recently just started playing pwi again after a year or so hiatus. I used to play lostcity server on another account.
I started playing pwi on dreamweaver this time since i live on the east coast and i bought a set of seraphic mist wings. after playing on the server for awhile and realizing it's nothing like my previous pvp server i would like to switch over to the east coast pvp server harshlands.
Is there anyway my current seraphic mist wings could be deleted and the zen refunded to my account so i could switch servers without feeling like i lost 30 dollars? I'm pretty sure I'll continue to be a paying customer, so plz if you guys could help me out that would be awesome.

P.S. i submitted a ticket in conjunction with this post.

sorry but you did what you did, GM's and admins won't do anything about it $:\$ i suggest you play on DW though... unless you want to pvp all the time where everybody can get atked ._.

Unfortunately we cannot provide such services to our users. Reversing a ZEN transaction is not possible, and if it was then we would be absolutely inundated with user requests for this to happen.

Very few games provide such customer service, well all P2P games do but this is F2P and you face the perils of it

Ouch, thats not so good -.- Which is why I decided as soon as I found out there were servers to stick on only one and I'm glad of it! b:victory
