I bought a 10$ prepaid card from target and how do i charge it to ZEN
?

    um look at the link at the top of this screen that says "charge" and itll show u throught the process of charging zhen

    You click on the Pre-paid card.

    Enter # on card.

    Go to Wallet.

    Transfer to your Server.

    Spend away.

    As far as billing profile.....it is just normal information, but I do not think you need one for pre-paid cards. If so, enter then information and you are set.

    Enter Number.

    Hit "Confirm"

    It will be in Wallet.

    Keep trying to redeem the card until you receive a different error. If you receive a different error and the card does not credit, you will need to submit a ticket to the billing department for further help.
