well yes, but when u don't have nothing clicked/targeted and u pass near an aggressive mob that starts to attack/skill u get him automatically targeted

    same for pk/pvp

what i usually do is if i am in a party with some 1. i wait a little for the person to bring down the monsters health some ebfore i go to atatck it and now with the new partying systme ( not sure if it's try i need to see for myself) but when a monster is locked on you then the other plays in your party name's won't be blinking on the party bar. got to becareful some times you can still take aggro if you hit higher then the tank o.0 but yeah just wait a little bit on who ever is atatck ebfore you get close i hope this helps >.<

"Aggro" it's a very complicated, very techincal MMORPG expression that reigns on all PvE combat situations.

It's hard to understand, even for the veterans. But Loosely translated, it means "The Cleric Dies".

And Yes, you'll get aggro by using a special skill like flesh ream, or by doing more damage than the current target the mob is attacking (I you wanna kill steal, you need to steal aggro too).

As for random aggro, It depends on the mob type. I think Wolves and Taurocs have highest aggro since tey'll attack you if you get near them, even if you are a lot lvls higher than him. I can't remember any mob with lowest aggro besides the eldergoth near plume cause they won't attack you till you attack them first.

I think everyone is missing the question. I read this as essentially "How do I tell if the mob is AGGRESSIVE". Aggresive as in - if you stand too close to it just minding your own business it will attack you. Not all mobs are the aggresive type, and the OP wants to know how to tell (without experimenting) whether a particular mob is the aggresive type. The answer to this is "NO". There is not any type of mob status indicator that tells you if it is aggresive or not. You could always ask someone - or simply assume that it is infact aggresive.

Read my post, pwdatabase does in fact tell you whether or not if a mob is aggressive and its aggro range.
    I.e, Blackhive Snarl:
    Aggresive:

    Yes

    Agro Time: 100.00sec.

    Agro Range: 100.00m.

You mean "The Cleric That Doesn't Know Any Better Dies." No experienced Cleric with a sense of self preservation would heal a person running away from a mob or a person that had more then one mob attacking them, but was only attacking one in return. Healing aggro is one of those things that, for a cleric, takes actually experiencing for yourself to realize the sheer awesome stupidity of it. If you're smart, you do it once and never do it again.

Healing aggro is one of those things that, for a cleric, takes actually experiencing for yourself to realize the sheer awesome stupidity of it. If you're smart, you do it once and never do it again.

Unfortunately, in this Perfect-Unfair-World the cleric is considered the most critical member of the squad along with the tank, and yet is the first member they can dispose of when someone needs to take one for the team.

If you heal them to save their butts cause they stoled aggro or pulled too many mobs, and you die in the process (by getting aggro yourself), you're a noob and a fail cleric that doesn't know how to run the class.

If you don't heal them to save their butts cause they stoled aggro or pulled too many mobs, and you choose to run away, you're a selfish egocentric noob that doesn't know how to teamplay. Therefore you fail as a cleric.

If there's a party wipe in process and you die, youre a noob cause you should have casted resurrect on them before dying to save their EXP, therefore you fail as a cleric.

If there's a party wipe in process and you run away (to later rez them and save thier EXP), you're a selfish egocentric noob that doesn't now of teamplay cause you should've stayin' there rezing/healing them... and suffer the hero's destiny in the process. Therefore you fail as a cleric.

They always expect you to die for them. Heck! and they say barbarians are the game meat shields b:angry

Anyways, I think you're right. So allow me fix the quote for ya.
