which of these 2 bows is better for PVP, you give more% to crit (and range) and the other leaves without buffs.

    heaven shatterer is one of the best bows in the game.

    If you're looking for straight pvp than I'd go with the heaven shatterer, especially if cost is not an issue to you.

    Though Dragonbow: Legacy does have the hidden advantage of allowing you to use demon wingspan outside of the reduced damage range. Still, its more of a PvE bow than a PvP bow as that added benefit is only genuinely useful on bosses with aoe's.
